By familiarizing yourself with the practical applications of the principles, you'll be well prepared to lead engaging and productive teleclasses.

Traditional teleclass leader education, which employs standard tips and techniques, forces you to conform to a universal approach. But that's exactly the wrong way to learn. Inherently, everyone is a unique leader, with their own strengths and weaknesses. The 6 principles conform to you, and allow you to create harmony between your leadership style and personality traits.

TCL 101 is a pre-requisite to enroll in the Professional Leadership Program.

TCL 101 meets one hour a week for four weeks. We limit the amount of participants, so you'll have ample opportunity to participate, interact and practice.
