Advanced training for leaders make your mistakes in practice, not with clients. Good leaders are always open to enhancing their skills. The Professional Leader Program, provides on-going training for leading effective teleclasses and conference calls. The Professional Leader Program is a must for professionals, managers and executives. In this hands-on program, participants lead the calls 85% of the time, enabling them to make mistakes in practice, not with clients. You'll master the fundamentals while gaining valuable practice using your own approach. The premise is that as a unique person, you're also a unique leader. As such, your leadership style comes from blending proven principles with your specific personality and character traits. Ultimately, you strengthen your leadership skills in all learning environments you'll improve participant productivity in teleclasses and conference calls, as well as those crucial face-to-face meetings. Five classes, each of a varying length, can be taken at your own pace, at your convenience. There are no deadlines for completing certain classes by a specific time period. Even more, a one-time fee allows you to participate as much as you like. It's part of our commitment to shaping you into the best leader you can be. The prerequisite for The Professional Leader Program is TCL 101, or training through one of the following audio CD sets: 6 Principles of Learner Driven Teleclasses, 6 Principles of Powerful Conference Calls, or Executive Conference Call Leadership. You benefit from:
Here's your opportunity to put the 6 Principles into practice. You'll spend much of this teleclass practicing your unique leadership style while receiving immediate, expert feedback. Apply the 6 Principles outside of PL-201 through the class project. You'll have a choice to deliver either a one-hour teleclass, conference call, or face-to-face presentation. Best of all, gain valuable insight and feedback as participants share their success stories. PL202 Putting It All Together (8 weeks) At this point, you have spent 12 weeks studying the design of the Learner Driven Model and refining your leadership style. Now you get to transform the theory into actual practice. You'll be responsible for designing and leading a 40-minute call, while another participant conducts the debrief process. Then you'll sit on the other side of the table and give participants objective, constructive feedback. It's a valuable combination of hearing how others conduct calls, getting feedback, and giving advice. As a result, you'll be able to adjust your own leadership style based on what you liked and found most effective. PL203 Overcoming Your Leadership Challenges (4 weeks) Now that you have a solid foundation of experience, you need the confidence to overcome fearful or challenging leadership situations. Although this is the hardest part of leadership in a group learning environment remaining calm among impending chaos it's also the most rewarding. Get ready to role-play specific situations, challenges, or areas of concern or where you need to boost your confidence. PL204 Leadership Mastermind (4 weeks) In this group setting, you can ask for feedback on any current professional challenge you're facing with teleclasses, conference calls, or face-to-face presentations. Rather than being "taught", your peers offer insight and practical suggestions for improving your leadership skills, taking action, and reaching your goals. PL205 Mastery (4 weeks) Developing your unique leadership style is the first step toward developing mastery. Question is, how do we test for mastery? This class provides the ultimate challenge to a leader: If you were given a random topic and only one minute to prepare, would you be confident in leading a one-hour teleclass? With this approach, we test your ability to lead, not your ability to prepare content. This class is only available for those who have completed PL201-204.
