TCL 101 - Introduction to the TC4U Learner Driven Teleclass
Model (4 weeks)
This is the powerful introduction to the 6 Principles
of the Teleclass4U.com Learner Driven Teleclass Model. In addition
to having fun, you'll learn how to improve your leadership skills in any
group learning environment, including both face-to-face presentations and
teleclasses.
PL 201 - Developing Leadership Confidence and Ability (8 weeks)
This teleclass puts the 6 Principles of the TC4U Learner Driven Teleclass Model into
practice. Participant will spend over 80% of this teleclass practicing their unique
leadership style with expert immediate feedback. Participants will have the opportunity
to apply the TC4U Learner Driven Model in teleclasses, teleconference calls and
face-to-face presentations. Outside of the teleclass, participants will have their
choice of delivering a 1-hour face-to-face presentation, teleconference call or teleclass
as their class project.

PL202 - Putting It All Together (8 weeks)
At this point, participants have spent 12 weeks studying the design of a Learner
Driven Teleclass and refining their leadership style. In this teleclass, the
participants will design and lead a full teleclass using only a topic sentence.
Additionally, another participant will lead the debrief process using the 6 Principles
as an objective tool for the subjective nature of leadership. Participants learn
how to lead and give objective feedback.
PL203 - Successfully Handling Your Leadership Challenges (4 weeks)
Participants now have a solid foundation of experience
and confidence to start tackling fearful or challenging leadership situations.
This is the hardest part of leadership in a group learning environment keeping
a steady hand when things start to get out of control. Participants will
role-play specific situations, challenges or areas where they feel concerned
to improve their confidence.
PL204 - Ready, Set, Lead! (4 weeks)
This teleclass is designed to specifically help participants as they work on accomplishing
their class projects. Participants will be able to ask for suggestions, feedback,
and seek support for their class project and current professional challenges.
PL Reunion Class
The Leader Community in the PL Program continues to grow and this is one way to stay in
touch. These are periodic 1-hour Leader Meetings designed just for PL Leaders to
connect/reconnect with each other.
